Why do I need to register?

To verify that you are both old enough to legally engage in adult interactions and a legitimate user (not a bot), registration is required. Although you can still visit the site and view public posts, registration will give you access to additional features not available to guest users such as definable avatar images, private messaging, replying to posts, and most importantly setting up panty sales. It only takes a few moments to register, so it is recommended you do so.

I registered but cannot login!

First, check your username and password. If they are correct, then one of two things may have happened: You specified being under 18 years old and/or not having read the Terms of Service during registration; and/or you failed to activate your account by clicking the link in the activation email that was sent you when you registered. If you were sent an email, follow the instructions. If you did not receive an email, you may have provided an incorrect email address or the email may have been picked up by a spam filter. If you are sure the email address you provided is correct, contact us for technical assistance.

Why can’t I login?

There are several reasons why this could occur. First, ensure your username and password are correct. If they are, contact us for technical assistance.

How do I display an avatar?

Under "My Profile" you can add an avatar by using one of the three following methods: Gravatar, Remote URL, or Upload.

What is my rank and how do I change it?

Ranks depend on buyer reviews, which appear below your public profile. In general, you cannot directly change your rank.

How do I create a new post a reply?

To post an article, go to the "Post New" tab. To post a reply to a post, click "Reply".

How do I edit or delete a post?

You can only edit or delete your own posts. You can edit a post by clicking the edit button for the relevant post

Why can’t I add attachments to messages in the chat room?

The chat room is intended strictly for chatting and simple messaging between buyers and sellers. If you would like to attach images or anything else, we suggest attaching them to a post or using e-mail instead of the chat room.

Can I post images?

Yes, of course images can be shown in your posts. You can upload the images directly to the post or you can link to an image stored on a publicly accessible file share server, e.g. http://www.example.com/my-picture.gif. You cannot link to pictures stored on your own PC (unless it is a publicly accessible server) nor images stored behind authentication mechanisms, e.g. hotmail or yahoo mailboxes, password protected sites, etc.

I cannot send private messages?!

There are two possible reasons for this: you are not registered and/or you are not logged in. If you still are not able to send private messages, please contact us for technical assistance.

How do I get paid?

There are many different ways in which you may wish to be paid. Some options are PayPal, Amazon Gift Cards, Circle and SquareCash for orders in the US, as well as Giftrocket and Amazon Gift cards for select and international orders.

How do I pay for my Membership?

You can pay instantly using either Credit Card or Debit Card but we also accept Cash or Bank Transfer. When paying with either Credit or Debit card, KASHMIRKLUX is the name that will appear on your statement. There will never be a mention of the www.kittyscloset.vegas site name.

How can I cancel my Membership (Recurring Payment)?

If you are a paid premium member please log in and while logged in go to our contact page and send us an email stating that you would like to cancel your account. Once an account is deleted it *CAN NOT* be reactivated and a new account will be needed to be active on the site again.

How do I change my payment settings?

If you are a registered user, all your payment settings are stored in your "My Account" page. To alter them, log into your account and click the "My Account" link. This system will allow you to change all your settings and preferences.

Can other members see my email address?

*NO* - only you can see your email address. Our members’ privacy and security are of the utmost importance so we have taken steps to prevent spammers and other undesirables from noting your address. Although you can see your email address when you access your own profile, nobody else can see that information. Your email address is kept very securely and is not available to anyone else.

Photo Upload Errors, Rules and Information?

We urge you to take your privacy seriously and as such recommend that face or any pictures that would clearly identify you NOT be used. ALL pictures are posted at the sellers discretion and Kitty’s Closet is not responsible for any actions as a result of the use of identifiable pictures. As you upload big photos, please keep in mind the pictures will be automatically resized for optimum viewing. Always be sensitive with your private data. Do not frivolously publish or send out your phone number, residential address or email address. If you like to give out your email address please take care that it is one that does not include your real name. There are many email service providers you can use to set up a neutral email address, e.g. sexykitty666@gmail.com. Email addresses generally should not include your name, age or address where you are living. Always check incoming emails for viruses or potentially unwanted programs (PUPs).

Packaging and Shipping?

It is strongly recommended that all shipping is done with your privacy in mind. Therefore we recommend that you use the Buyers name and address as BOTH the Sender and the Recipient. Shipping is always done at cost, using your preferred shipping method. Our Kitties are from all over the world and many are willing to ship worldwide. Please make sure it is legal to send or receive these goods in your country; it is your responsibility to check this. Items ordered through www.kittyscloset.vegas are of a delicate nature and therefore we suggest Sellers ensure discretion at all times. If the Buyer should have any specific details as to how the goods are packaged, addressed or posted, then please let the Seller know. With the above in mind, the following is a recommended:

  1. Your goods should be removed and immediately sealed into a plastic bag ready for shipping. This should be done straight away, never later unless requested.
  2. Your goods should be sealed in plastic then go in to a small bubble wrapped envelope. There will be nothing on this to identify where it has come from or what is enclosed. (If sending Overseas, Air Mail and possible a Customs label will be attached).
  3. Your package should be addressed with a printed label exactly how you requested it to be addressed, e.g. "Private & Confidential" or "To Addressee Only".
  4. Your package should be completely taped with brown or clear parcel tape, so that it cannot be ripped or damaged or opened accidentally.
  5. Your package should be posted within a timely manner after payment has been received.
  6. You should always send an email stating that the goods have been shipped and when they are expected to arrive.
